The new season has commenced with a mix of nutrient-rich Royal Gala, Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Red Delicious and Sundowner apples making an appearance in your weekly fruit boxes. Apples are loaded with vitamin B and antioxidants to help improve brain health. They are also a rich source of potassium which helps regulate the nervous system, assisting us to navigate through tight work deadlines and adopt a calmer approach to stressful situations in the workplace. Don’t forget to increase your fibre intake by snacking on sweet Beurre Bosc and Packham pears that will be available over the course of the coming months.

Bananas make for the perfect office snack, packed with energy-boosting carbohydrates, folate for a healthy mind, vitamin C, and more. As the weather becomes warmer, you can also expect the bananas in your fruit boxes to appear brighter in colour.

Soak in the goodness of spring as you enjoy the sweet bursts of Imperial, Afourer and Clementine mandarins and Navel oranges filled with vitamin C, over the coming months. Mandarins and oranges are also loaded with vitamin B and calcium which helps boost your immune system and keep you energised throughout the day.
