Get started with Fruit Box Connect

As a Unifour customer you will have received an email from us to activate your Fruit Box Connect account. If you are yet to receive an email please request to join.

To access the site for the first time:

    1. Sign in to Fruit Box Connect
    2. Select Forgot Password from the sign in panel, enter your email address, and hit submit
    3. You’ll receive an email within 5 minutes with prompts to help you create a unique password (please check your junk folder or firewall settings if you can’t see the email)

Frequently asked questions

How do I place a new pantry order?

Effortlessly place a single pantry order on Fruit Box Connect. To add to cart, select the delivery address for your order (located above the main menu). Browse and shop from our curated pantry categories in the main menu, use the filters to explore our range of  Australian made, sustainable products and allergen friendly items, or use the search bar if you already know exactly what you’re looking for.

You’ll have the flexibility to shop units or cartons for certain items and see live pricing across all products, so you can work within your budget. If you have frequently purchased items, add these to your wishlist for easy re-ordering.

How do I get a quote for a fruit, milk, and coffee standing order?

With Fruit Box Connect, you can create new fruit and/or milk standing orders with ease – you can even include products from our range of specialty coffee beans and more.

Once you’ve signed in, select Locations/Standing Orders from the left navigation. Choose the location you’d like us to service, select Add New Standing Order and follow the prompts to get started.

What are the cut off times to make changes to my order?

We pride ourselves on offering generous cut-off times for order changes, however these do vary based on the products you’re ordering.

Whether you’re making changes yourself on Fruit Box Connect, or requesting changes via our Support Centre request form, if your changes have not been made in time, they will be applied to the next scheduled order.

Wherever possible, we can accommodate changes based on the following cut-off times:

When will my order arrive?

Pantry Single Orders: 

Generally, all pantry orders are delivered separately to your fruit, milk, and coffee standing order unless we have secure access to your building outside of office hours.

Pantry deliveries are usually made between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery lead times will vary based on your location.

If you place your order by 12pm, we will endeavour to deliver in-stock products as follows:

VIC Next business day
NSW/ACT 2-3 business days
SA 2-3 business days
QLD 3-4 business days
WA 4-5 business days

Fruit, Milk, and Coffee Standing Orders:

Whilst many of us are tucked up in bed, keeping warm and dry, our friendly and trustworthy drivers are working through the night to deliver your standing orders across the country.

We aim for these deliveries to be completed by mid morning. Occasionally, due to circumstances outside of our control such as weather and traffic conditions, your order may be delivered later.

Having our own delivery network ensures routes are efficiently planned to minimise fuel consumption. Our Customer Support team will work with you to plan a mutually acceptable delivery day for your order(s) and will advise you of your delivery day prior to your first delivery. These deliveries will occur on the same day each week/fortnight/month, except for public holidays, as we don’t make deliveries on these days.

Note, if you have requested order changes and have not made these in time for your next delivery, the changes will be applied to the next scheduled order. For more information read ‘What are your order cut-off times?’

How do I add a new user to Fruit Box Connect?

We have enabled the primary user from your account on Fruit Box Connect. It’s quick and easy for them to add you as an additional user via the Administration Settings page.

If you’re unsure of who the primary contact might be, please submit a request (selecting Customer Support).
