Do I need to place a new order each week?

No. Set a recuring schedule and update or pause anytime.

Is there a minimum order?

Fruit boxes start at 30 pieces – perfect for offices of 12 people or more with the flexibility to increase. Milk orders start at 6L (delivery & service fees apply) or 9L (no delivery or service fee). Pantry deliveries have a low minimum order of just $75 and because they’re purchased ad-hoc, you can purchase as frequently as you need.

How fast can I get support?

Our Customer Support team and Accounts teams are available Monday-Friday 8am-4pm for quick assistance. Outside of these hours you can visit our support centre to access frequently asked questions and tutorials.

Do you deliver to small offices or co-working spaces?

Yes – we service small workplaces across major metro areas and selected regional areas (minimum order requirements apply).

Can I change my delivery day?

We deliver daily to most metro areas. Chat to our support team to find the best delivery day for your team.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No. We know your business needs flexibility. With The Fruit Box Group, you won’t be locked into any long-term contracts. You can adjust or cancel deliveries up to midday the business day before delivery.

Can I manage multiple locations from a single account?

Yes, our online platform Fruit Boc Connect lets you oversee and adjust deliveries across sites in one place, so you avoid siloed orders and fragmented invoices. This gives you better visibility and control over your spend.

How do you maintain quality and freshness?

We source locally wherever possible and pack products in state warehouses to reduce food miles. Our HACCP certification give your peace of mind that freshness and quality are built into every delivery.
