When will I start receiving deliveries from The Fruit Box Group?

The Fruit Box Group will start making your deliveries the week commencing 23 Feb 2026. 

Will my deliveries day and time change?

To ensure a seamless transition when the changeover commences on Monday 23 February 2026, there will be little to no interruption to your existing service including your delivery frequency and timeframe. 

If you’d like to provide us with an access pass, we can leave your order inside your building in your nominated drop-point. We can often have it delivered before your staff arrive in the office for your convenience.  Please use the form below to contact us. 

Will my product selection and pricing change?

Your current pricing will remain unchanged. You might see some brand changes depending on what’s available in our range. If this is the case, The Fruit Box Group will reach out to you directly.   

The minimum pieces of fruit per order is 35 pieces. Any Fruitful Office / Box Fresh fruit boxes with fewer pieces will continue to be supported at no extra cost.

How will I manage my orders going forward?

All orders are managed through Fruit Box Connect, The Fruit Box Group’s online ordering portal. Once your account is set up, you can manage everything in one place – quickly and easily. 

With Fruit Box Connect, you can: 

  • View and update orders anytime, with no calls or emails required 
  • Pause or adjust deliveries in advance, so you only receive what you need 
  • Access 650+ products across fruit, milk, pantry, and coffee 
  • Manage orders and users across multiple sites with simple access controls 
  • Keep costs under control with clear invoicing and reporting 

It’s designed to give you full control, reduce admin, and make ordering simple – while deliveries continue as normal. 

Is your fruit sourced from local farmers and what fruit will I get in my box?

We’re proud to have supported Australian agriculture for over 20 years and only source Australian fruit. Thanks to our national infrastructure and expert team of procurers, we source fruit from local farms in your state wherever possible. We are HACCP certified which ensures that all products meet a rigorous quality control checking process from the moment produce leaves the farms until it is delivered to your office. 

The seasonal fruit box selection is updated automatically throughout the year, so it’s always full of what’s in season and at it’s best. For example, in winter you can expect your box to be full of apple, banana, pear, and mandarin varieties, and in summer we’ll add in delicious stone fruit such as plums, nectarines, and peaches. 

You can also add specialty items on top of your regular fruit box, such as avocados, lemons, berries, snacking veggies and more. 

Can I customise my fruit order, and do you have a minimum order quantity?

The minimum pieces of fruit per order is 35 pieces. Any Fruitful Office / Box Fresh fruit boxes with fewer pieces will continue to be supported at no extra cost. 

After our 35 piece minimum is achieved, you can select any amount of fruit you want (in increments of 5 pieces). Best of all, you can manage this easily online via Fruit Box Connect up until 12pm the business day prior to your delivery. We can also help with one-off orders if you have a meeting or event you’d like to cater for. 

If you have a particular fruit preference, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. 

Which locations do you deliver to?

Our national network spans metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Canberra, as well as Geelong, Newcastle, Wollongong and Gold Coast. 

Can you deliver to multiple locations or drop-points within the same building?

We service over 8,000 customers across Australia so we will happily provide a quote for any additional locations. 

If you have an office that’s spread over various floors or departments, we can break up your order to exactly match your staff’s distribution and tearoom areas and deliver them as requested (as long as each order meets the minimum of 35 pieces). 

When will I receive my first invoice from The Fruit Box Group?

Friday 27 March 2026 

The Fruit Box Group invoices on a 4-4-5 schedule rather than weekly. This means fewer invoices across the year. 

For customers previously billed weekly, this is a cost-saving benefit. Fewer invoices reduce the time and cost your team spends on accounts payable processing -cutting admin effort, approvals, and reconciliation. In many cases, moving away from weekly invoices can save businesses hundreds (or even thousands) of dollars annually in invoice processing costs, with no impact on service or delivery. 

In short: same deliveries, fewer invoices, less admin, and lower costs. 

Can I continue paying my invoices by EFT or Credit Card?

The Fruit Box Group offers flexible payment options including EFT or credit card (surcharges apply).

For credit card payments, your electronic invoice will include a secure link to pay via eWAY online. Alternatively, you can complete our Standing Authority Service Agreement to have your invoice automatically processed via credit card.

You’ll also be able to view and pay invoices via credit card using our online platform Fruit Box Connect once you’ve been given access.

Will I be locked into a contract?

We are proud to provide a premium, flexible service to all our customers. That’s why we don’t lock you into any contracts and give you up to 12pm the business day prior to make changes to your fruit and milk orders. 

What do I do if my delivery is missing or damaged?

After 20 February, if any items are missing or the quality of your fruit doesn’t seem right, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Due to the fresh nature of our products, our ability to help may be limited if we’re notified after this timeframe.

If the quality of your delivery differs from what you usually receive, providing a time-stamped photo (where possible) will help us investigate more efficiently.
