How much flexibility do I have when placing orders?

Our partner sites offer same-day and express delivery on most products, Australia-wide – making it easy to place last-minute orders. 

You can even plan in advance by scheduling orders for future dates. Our gifting partners allow you to edit orders up to 24 hours prior to delivery.

Does the gift recipient need to be available to accept my order?

Yes, if the recipient is not at the delivery location, there are three things that could happen: 

  • The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the sender has requested they do so 
  • If the courier deems it safe to leave the goods at the front or back door, the goods will be left at a suitable location 
  • If it is not suitable to leave the goods, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking the recipient to contact the partner company and arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Additional charges will apply. 

How will I be invoiced for my gifting order?

Gift orders will be added to your Fruit Box account. Sign in to Fruit Box Connect to view, download, and pay your invoice.
