Say Hello to Stone Fruit!
Enjoy the best of summer as you snack on juicy stone fruit. Filled with the goodness of vitamins A, C, E and potassium, peaches and nectarines have been proven to boost immunity and reduce prolonged stress in adults. This can help you feel energised throughout the workday. Though smaller in size, plums also pack an impressive amount of nutrients and are a rich source of vitamin K. This jewel-toned fruit will soon feature in your office fruit boxes and makes for the perfect addition to your office cereal, porridge or lunch salad.
Your Favourite Trio of Apples, Pears & Bananas
Summer has commenced with a mix of nutritious Royal Gala, Pink Lady, Granny Smith, Red Delicious and Sundowner apples making an appearance in your weekly fruit boxes. Apples are loaded with vitamin B and antioxidants to help improve brain health. They are also a rich source of potassium, which helps regulate the nervous system, assisting you and your team to navigate tight work deadlines as the year-end approaches.
We’re happy to report that as the weather becomes warmer, bananas in your fruit boxes will appear brighter in colour and continue to nourish you with energy-boosting carbohydrates and folate to boost your productivity at work. And, to satisfy your afternoon sugar cravings, we’ll be adding deliciously sweet and vitamin C-rich Packham pears in your office boxes as well.
A Lot More to Explore
Treat your staff to delicious summer fruit like cherries, mangoes and strawberries. These seasonal favourites are available to add to your regular fruit order.
Cherries are rich in vitamin C, potassium and antioxidants, which help boost immunity and reduce stress levels. Order gourmet cherries by Friday 8 December, and we’ll deliver them with your regular fruit order week commencing 18 December.^ Mangoes from The Northern Territory and Far North Queensland are also at their best over summer. High in vitamin A, lutein, and zeaxanthin, mangoes help prevent dry eyes from long days in front of the desktop. Simply submit a request on our online Support Centre to add mangoes to your regular fruit order.
