Can I place last-minute orders?

Yes, our partner sites offer same-day and express delivery on most products, ensuring your team and clients receive the very best gifts year-round.  

Does the gift recipient need to be available to accept my order?

Yes, if the recipient is not at the delivery location, there are three things that could happen: 

  • The courier will leave the goods at the front or back door if the sender has requested they do so 
  • If the courier deems it safe to leave the goods at the front or back door, the goods will be left at a suitable location 
  • If it is not suitable to leave the goods, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking the recipient to contact the partner company and arrange a convenient time for redelivery. Additional charges will apply. 

How will I be invoiced for my gifting order?

Gift orders will be added to your Fruit Box account. Sign in to Fruit Box Connect to view, download, and pay your invoice.
