Are there any minimum order requirements or delivery fees for pantry?

Our pantry delivery is free.

The minimum spend for a pantry order is $150.

How much flexibility do I have when ordering from the pantry range?

We know each workplace is unique, so we offer a wide range of products as both single or carton sizes so you can order for the fortnight, month, or the quarter.

Does someone need to be available to accept my order?

We work with each customer to ensure the delivery location is defined prior to delivery; whether it be within a business complex, office building or in a safe area identified by you.

Pantry single orders are usually made between 8.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, and require someone to be present to accept the goods unless you have advised us to leave your order unattended.

Standing orders, like weekly milk and fruit deliveries, are often made before business hours and we do not require anyone to be available to accept goods. Chat to us about providing an access pass for safer deliveries.
