Is your workplace closing or will you run only on a skeleton crew?

This holiday season, we are closed from 12.00pm AEDT Friday 22 December 2023 and reopen 8.00am AEDT on Tuesday 2 January 2024. Please refer to the table below for more information.

All customers must submit their Christmas and New Year order requirements no later than 12.00pm AEDT Friday 15 December 2023 because we wouldn’t want to deliver fresh fruit and milk when your office crew are taking a well-earned break, or deliver too much for those who are working through.

If you do not cancel any unwanted deliveries during the 2023 – 2024 holiday period you will be charged for these deliveries.

As we don’t deliver on public holidays (Monday 1 January 2024) a public holiday schedule will run the first week of January. You will generally receive your order the following business day to your usual delivery day.

SAT 23/12/23 – WED 27/12/23 CLOSED No Deliveries
THU 28/12/23* OPEN – Limited Milk Schedule Pre-approved milk delivery requests (over 20 litres) only*
FRI  29/12/23 – MON 01/01/24 CLOSED No Deliveries
TUE 02/01/24 – SUN 07/01/24 OPEN – Public Holiday Schedule Regular fruit & milk deliveries resume on a public holiday schedule. You will generally receive your order the business day following your usual delivery day.

*Milk deliveries on Thursday 28 December 2023 are by request only. Order must be a minimum of 20 litres and is subject to approval. We are unable to deliver on this day to Newcastle, Canberra, Geelong, Wollongong & Gold Coast.

Submit a request and select ‘Christmas Closure’ if your order requirements fall outside the listed dates. 

If you have been using our new platform Fruit Box Connect, you can place a Hold on your account or add a Temporary Change to adjust quantities for the holiday season. Currently, Fruit Box Connect can apply one temporary change and hold only.  Alternatively, please complete the online form above, and we’ll take care of all your requirements.  

All notifications must be submitted via the above form or Fruit Box Connect by 12.00pm AEDT Friday 15 December 2023. If you do not cancel any unwanted deliveries during the holiday period, you will be charged for these deliveries.
