As a proudly Australian owned and operated company for 20 years, we want to support our customers, their employees and families. Whilst we continue our office deliveries, we’ve curated a Fresh Produce Pack including fresh fruit, vegies and other staples for home delivery.

Our home delivery service is currently available in selected metropolitan areas in Melbourne and Sydney, with more cities to come! Check if we deliver to your NSW postcode here.

$5 from each order will be donated to our social initiative The One Box, which donates fresh fruit, veggies, milk and bread to over 1,000 Australian families in need each week.

We source all our fruit, vege and dairy products from local suppliers, so you’ll not only be supporting Aussie farmers, but you’ll be sure our products are always fresh. Our Fresh Produce Pack offers great value for money and we’ll ensure what you receive reflects the best in-season produce for that week.

Important Delivery & Order Information

Delivery Day / Time:

We aim to make all deliveries from early morning until midday. Deliveries will be left unattended, however if your delivery is made after 7am we will attempt to see if someone is home before we leave. If you live in an apartment building, we will need access to the building and detailed delivery instructions as there is a greater chance that your order will be delivered before 7am. Your order will be refrigerated to the point of delivery.

Order delivery day will vary depending on the pack release. Please see delivery day displayed at the top of this page for more information.

Order Confirmation / Changes / Cancellations:

Your order is only confirmed once you have heard from a Fruit Box Group representative and paid for your order. Our team will attempt to call you twice to confirm your order and take payment. Due to the high volumes of calls, if our team is unable to reach you after the second attempt, your order will become void.

Once your order has been paid for it cannot be changed or cancelled. No refunds will be issued.

  • Q: Who can receive a home delivery?

    Employees, family and friends of our corporate Fruit Box Group customers can receive our temporary home delivery service if their postcode is included in our home delivery catchment. The postcodes can be viewed here for Melbourne, and here for Sydney.
  • Q: Is there a delivery fee?

    There is no delivery fee. Our home delivery service is keeping our owned and operated fleet of refrigerated vans and police-checked drivers extra busy as they continue to deliver our corporate fruit & milk deliveries daily.
  • Q: What is the order cut-off time?

    Order cut off times will vary depending on the date and time of the current release. Please see cut off times displayed at the top of this page for more information.
  • Q: How can I make an order?

    All orders must be made using the online form on this webpage. No orders will be accepted via phone or email.
  • Q: When do I know if my order is confirmed?

  • Q: What if no one is at home to accept the delivery?

    Deliveries will be left unattended by the front door. Apartment deliveries will require delivery instructions for a safe place to leave your order unattended. By accepting our terms and conditions you consent to unattended delivery.
  • Q: What is an unattended delivery?

    By accepting our terms and conditions you consent to an unattended delivery. An unattended delivery allows us to leave your order at your delivery location, even if no one is home to accept your order. If you have special instructions of a safe place to leave your order please detail these in the delivery instructions field in the order form.
  • Q: Can I order chilled items with an unattended delivery?

    Our delivery driver will leave the order at your front door if no one is home to accept delivery. Your order will be refrigerated to the point of delivery. Please note that your order will be delivered in cardboard boxes and we advise you to not leave out chilled items for a long period of time.
  • Q: Can I add delivery instructions to my order?

    Yes, you can add delivery instructions when you complete the order form. This is especially important if there are access codes for your apartment, as the driver will not call you. It is also important to leave special instructions of a safe place to leave your order unattended if you will not be home.
  • Q: Can you deliver to my apartment?

    If you live in an apartment building, we will need access to the building and detailed delivery instructions as there is a greater chance that your order will be delivered before 7am.
  • Q: Can the driver deliver my order inside my house?

    No, our drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep only.
  • Q: Can I customise my order?

    No modifications can be made by the customer to the Essentials Box options.
  • Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

    No modifications or cancellations can be made to your order once it has been submitted and paid for.
  • Q: If I’ve provided an incorrect address or the driver could not access my house/ apartment will I receive a refund for my order?

    No, it is the customers responsibility to provide correct address details in the order form and be available at your home for delivery.
  • Q: What payment options can I use?

    Payment will be accepted by credit card only (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).
  • Q: Why have you substituted a product?

    In some cases, we may need to substitute a product for another similar product that we have in stock including our fresh produce which may vary based on seasonal availability and quality standards.
  • Q: How do you guarantee quality control and food, health & safety?

    We pride ourselves on our food, health & safety regulations. Being HACCP certified ensures that our products meet a rigorous quality control checking process from the moment our produce leaves the farms until they are delivered to your office.

     

    Our Food Quality Management System and Food Safety Programs give us the confidence that the produce we deliver has been through rigorous quality control procedures consistent with the high standards associated with HACCP regulations. Our Food Quality Management System specifies process control requirements to manage all potential hazards at each step of the food handling process, within international standards.
